2012 My Year in Review!

in Disney,Fitness,General,Running,Travel,Zumba

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times…wait, not my words! 2012 was indeed a year that was full of accomplishments, hardship and fun. The highs were extremely high and the lows, although I didn’t harp on or discuss them much, were really quite low. But in all honesty, the good outweighed the bad and that is the focus of this post!

The Best of Times

I ran the Mercedes Benz Marathon Relay with my team from Black Girls Run! I ran the first leg 10K, had an unofficial PR and ran in 17 degree weather! That’ll make you run fast!

I met my goal of running 3 half-marathons in 2 weeks for my birthday celebration and ran each race faster than the last!
