I admit it, I really enjoy sweet and salty snacks. Since I know this about myself I keep snacks out of my house with the exception of snacks for my son.
I do however need to snack between meals – grazing is the best way to keep hunger at bay and my metabolism revved up. I usually grab a piece of fruit or some nuts but I’ve discovered something that I absolutely love and will keep in constant rotation – Seasnax!
Dried seaweed as a snack! Who knew? It is packaged in a neat little box that I can place in my purse and go! Each pack is only 16 calories and 2 grams of fat. Good fat- from olive oil. I love that there are various flavors: regular, wasabi and chipotle. My favorite is wasabi and I feel zero guilt if I eat multiple packs over the course of a day.
I purchased mine at Whole Foods but something tells me I will be buying them in bulk! In off to do some research to find bulk shipping online!
Seasnax, who knew???

I’ll have to check these out!
Looks yummy, gotta try that stuff!
I’m with you, Renee! My kids and I LOVE seaweed snacks and eat them all the time! I buy them in bulk at the Super-H Mart and Sevananda.
I will have to check this out.
Renee, you should try the Trader Joe’s brand if you have one near you. They are yummy, and if you plan to keep them in your rotation, they are easy on the wallet at $0.99 a package. I will have to try the Seasnax brand; I’ve tried TJ’s and Annie Chuns brands, and I love them both, but my wallet loves TJ’s more.
Thanks Anne! My wallet loves the Farmers Market, I get 3 for $1.00 so I’ve moved on from Seasnax too expensive!
