For the last six weeks I’ve shown you photos of my scale. I know that seeing the numbers move tells a story but I think the more compelling story is the one that shows you how my body has changed since adopting a paleo lifestyle and improving my health. So, without further ado, I give you photos of me from August 27th this year and today!

Can you see the difference? I can! I am by no means done but I think having this visual diary of my progress will help motivate me to keep things going and kick it up a notch. Before I hit the beach in Jamaica I want to be tightened and toned. My marathon is only 11 days away and as soon as I cross the finish line my next thoughts will be focused on getting back to CrossFit and really seeing results.
By the way, my scale today read 159 I am not even bothering to post the picture. I am in the 150s and looking forward to being closer to 150 over the next few weeks. In the meantime, I am celebrating my non-scale victory and mentally preparing for my marathon. Check out my video to hear my thoughts about scales and plateaus (which I am not having by the way).
