I am so bad about stretching but when I don’t stretch my body complains. Endlessly! So, to incorporate stretching into my routine in a way that is both soothing and enjoyable, I am starting to do yoga. I’ve been a fan in the past but I’ve been lax about adding it to my workouts lately. This video from ING provides some great yoga poses for runners.
